Antonia Kovacs is a fitness trainer based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

Challenge

Antonia approached me to help her build a new brand and apply it across every touchpoint, from her website to printing materials and social media channels.

Fitness industry has evolved a lot in the last few years, and in order to stand out a more modern digital presence is required.

Mission

Enhance user experience, align their digital presence with Antonia’s identity, and set the stage for explosive off-line and online growth.


Research & target audience


For Antonia's brand, we employed a mix of research methods to ensure a comprehensive understanding of her market and audience.

These sessions revealed the essence of what Antonia stood for and, more importantly, where she wanted to go. One thing that stood out was their personable approach and the meaningful connections she makes with her clients.

We began with in-depth market research, analyzing competitors and identifying industry trends to understand her position within the landscape.

User interviews were a key part of our approach—speaking directly to her clients allowed us to gain insights into their needs, preferences, and the value they found in Antonia’s services. Additionally, we examined existing data from client feedback, and engagement metrics to inform our decisions with real-world evidence.

Ideation

Armed with this research, we’re now focusing on creating new programs/plans that enhance the client experience and foster growth. By offering personalized plans and innovative services, we’re ensuring that clients feel deeply connected to Antonia’s brand.

We’re also emphasizing community-building through social media, events, and collaborations that encourage clients to engage with both Antonia and each other.

This approach not only nurtures long-term relationships but also expands her brand's influence. Through these efforts, we’re not just building a business—we’re cultivating a thriving community around Antonia’s brand.

Outcome

With this in mind, we made some thoughtful design choices. We got to design a new logo, selecting typography, and crafting a color palette that truly captured her brand’s essence.

Starting with a gradient color palette, we created a core brand gradient of a green  and black that would be ultra modern and distinctive in the industry.

To top it all off, we created detailed brand guidelines, making sure every piece of content they produced would be unmistakably Antonia Kovacs. The result? A brand that’s as personable and dynamic as Antonia.
